**Returns and Exchanges**

We gladly offer size exchanges for all non-discounted items on our Nakateki.com website. If the ordered piece doesn't fit, kindly ship it back to us with a small note indicating your size requirements. Send us an email at "hello@nakateki.com" to initiate the process. For cases where the style doesn't suit you, we can provide a one-time use store credit voucher, valid for 3 months, as long as the piece remains unworn, intact with all tags and labels. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be deducted from the store credit voucher.

For products from our 'Sample Sale' section, please be aware that these items are unique and cannot be customized, exchanged, or returned. Review the measurements chart carefully before making a purchase.

Exchanges and returns are not accepted for any customized order. Only standard products are eligible for exchange or return.

International orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the product is defective or the wrong item/size was shipped due to our error.

Requests for exchanges or returns must be made within 2 weeks of receiving your order, and we will not entertain exchanges beyond one month.

Read item descriptions thoroughly, note product sizes, and be aware that monitor calibrations may result in slight color variations. In case of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

By purchasing from Nakateki™, you, as the buyer, agree to our shopping terms, conditions, and policies.

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

For items over Rs 2500, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


**Sale Items**

Only regular-priced (non-discounted) items of standard sizes are eligible for return/exchange. Sale items, being offered at their best and final price, cannot be returned.


**Gifts**

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


**Refund Policy**

For damaged/defective products, refunds will be initiated through the same payment method within 10 working days.

**Delivery Time**

Upon order placement, you'll receive an email with a summary and estimated delivery time. We typically take 10-14 working days for delivery, but some locations may experience longer delivery times.


**International Shipping**

We ship worldwide, and charges vary by size. Please select your shipping zone during the order placement. International shipments may take up to 3 weeks, and import duties may apply.


**Cancellation Policy**

Cancellation is accepted only if your order hasn't entered production.
