**Exchanges & Returns**

At Nakateki.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. For non-discounted items, we offer hassle-free size exchanges. If the ordered piece doesn't fit, kindly return it to us with a note indicating your size requirements, and drop us an email at "hello@nakateki.com". In case the style isn't to your liking, we're happy to provide a one-time use store credit voucher, valid for 3 months, given that the piece is unworn, with all tags and labels intact. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be deducted from the store credit voucher.

Products from our 'Sample Sale' section are unique and cannot be customized, exchanged, or returned. We urge you to carefully review the measurements chart before making a purchase.

Customized orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Only standard products can be exchanged or returned.

For international orders, exchanges and returns are accepted only in cases where the product is defective or a wrong item/size was shipped due to our error.

Requests for exchanges must be made within 2 weeks of receiving your order, and we will not entertain exchanges beyond one month.

Please review item descriptions and note product sizes. Keep in mind that monitor calibrations may result in slight color variations. For exchanges, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

By making a purchase from Nakateki™, you, as the buyer, agree to our shopping terms, conditions, and policies.

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

For items over Rs 2500, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

**Sale Items**

Regular-priced (non-discounted) items of standard sizes are eligible for return/exchange. Unfortunately, all sale items are offered at their best and final price and cannot be returned.

**Gifts**

If an item marked as a gift was shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.

**Refund Policy**

In the event of damaged or defective products, refunds will be initiated through the same payment method within 10 working days. Your satisfaction is our priority at Nakateki.com.
